ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) -- Former Washington City Manager Robert Kevin Watt was sentenced Tuesday to three years of probation for misusing public funds and theft.
Watt, 36, is in the process of paying off about $19,000 restitution to the city.
Watt was city manager from December 2001 until last November.
He also was the subject of allegations of misuse of public funds in his last city of employment, Show Low, Arizona.
