SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Salt Lake City police officer is under investigation for committing lewd acts.
The officer allegedly exposed himself to employees of a Taylorsville beauty supply store in November 2003.
An employee of West Coast Beauty Supply reported seeing the same man again in February. Earlier this month, she says he committed another lewd act outside the store.
Sheriff's deputies found the officer near the store after the most recent incident and the employee identified him.
The officer denies the allegations.
Meanwhile, a Taylorsville city prosecutor says she has agreed to file charges and is only awaiting a completed report from Sheriff's deputies.
