SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Members of Utah's 67th Aerial Port Squadron are back home after a year on active duty.

The group of 50 U-S Air Force reservists spent the year in Iraq, South Carolina and Germany.

The unit is affiliated with the 419th Fighter Wing based at Hill Air Force Base.

Members organized and conducted ceremonies for dead soldiers and Marines making their final journey home in flag-draped coffins.

Eight members of the 67th opted to stay on active duty.
