AMERICAN FORK, Utah (AP) -- The American Fork High School marching band is about a fourth of the way to its goal of participating in the presidential inauguration next month.
The band needs nearly 160-thousand dollars to cover expenses for the 204 students to travel to Washington, D-C.
As of yesterday, they had raised just about 40-thousand dollars.
The Bank of American Fork says it will match contributions up to 20-thousand dollars.
American Fork was among 300 bands being considered for the parade. Only ten make the cut.
