(KSL News) Governor Jon Huntsman will deliver his first State of the State speech at the Fillmore territorial statehouse.
The state Constitution requires the governor to make the annual report at the "seat of government" in Salt Lake City. But the Capitol building isn't available because of extensive renovations.
Huntsman advisors say the speech will take place at 6:30 pm. Tuesday.
The statehouse was used for just one session in 1855 before the government moved to Salt Lake City.
