(KSL News) -- West Valley Police have arrested a man they say brutally attacked two women over the past month.

They say the man carried out a severe beating and robbery of 85-year-old Georgina Anderson after breaking into her home. Then, earlier this month, the suspect is accused of stabbing Jill Johnson as she volunteered at the food bank at her West Valley Church.

Asst. Chief Craig Black, West Valley Police Dept.: "If this person is the one that is responsible, as we believe he is, he has shown no regard for very helpless victims."

The suspect is 28-year-old Siaosi Vesi Siliaga. He's under arrest and prosecutors are screening the case and plan to file charges soon.
