PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Trail Blazers general manager Kevin Pritchard said Wednesday that former Utah Jazz center Jarron Collins has accepted an invitation to training camp and will compete for the final spot on the 15-man roster.
The 6-foot-11 Stanford product has averaged 2.7 points and 3.3 rebounds over his eight-year career.
An elbow injury limited Collins to 26 games last season.
The Trail Blazers have 14 players under contract entering training camp.
