SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Utah federal judge was arrested for driving under the influence.
It happened Sunday afternoon in Murray on 5300 South near 100 West.
Officers pulled over 61-year-old Judge Glen E. Clark, after he failed to stop while making a right turn on a red light.
A Utah High Patrol Trooper says Clark displayed "massive" impairment and blew a point-096 on the Breathalyzer.
Clark was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail and charged with drunk driving.
Clark is a U-S Bankruptcy Court Judge.
