(KSL News) -- Another fire destroyed a home in Salt Lake City.
When fire crews arrived, just before noon, flames were coming from a second story window and heavy smoke had filled the house.
A woman, her two children, and her brother were inside, but they all got out safely.
Investigators are trying to figure out how it started. Damage looks like about 126-thousand dollars.
