(KSL News) -- Prosecutors will NOT file charges against the man police say prompted this weekend's Amber Alert.
Police say Bob Greene picked up three-year old Kaden Biggs on Saturday, but failed to drop him off at his aunt's house.
The Amber Alert was cancelled when they found Greene at his mother's house with the boy Sunday.
