(KSL News) -- A truck driver was found dead this afternoon inside his rig on I-15.
An emergency unit was dispatched to help the driver, and found the man slumped over in his cab. Paramedics tried to revive him... but it was too late.
Foul play hasn't been ruled out, but there is evidence it may have been a medical problem.
Troopers say the driver's final actions may have saved lives.
Trooper Brian Olsen, Utah Highway Patrol: "The driver obviously being a professional driver pulled off the road when he's obviously having a problem. He avoided a potential problem with other traffic."
The driver's name won't be released until his family has been notified.
