Lt. Darin Parke: "There wasn't really a physical abuse that took place, but there was a maintaining of the contact beyond the gas station."
Crosbie has a criminal past. Court records show that in the past 11 years, he's been convicted twice on sexual abuse charges. The most recent, in 19-98. Police arrested Crosbie last month on a parole violation.
Lt. Darin Parke: "Often, people that are convicted of sex offenses involving children will reoffend, and this is one of those cases.”
Police say they know of six victims right now. They are between 16 and 22 years old.
South Ogden Police are asking anyone who may have had similar contact with Justin Crosbie to give them a call.
