(KSL News) -- Opponents of a big-box project in Sandy have filed a petition with the Utah Supreme Court.
The group Save Our Communities is in an on-going battle, fighting the development of a Wal-Mart and Lowe's.
Now it claims the city applied the incorrect standard when determining if the group had enough signatures to warrant a referendum vote on the controversial zone change.
