(KSL News) A high speed chase ends in Midvale.
Police say three burglars were caught breaking into a car in an apartment parking lot. When an officer tried to arrest the trio, they took off in their own car, leading police on a chase for about 45 minutes.
Speeds reached close to 80 miles an hour.
The burglars finally stopped their car on 78th South and 150 East and ran off. Police blocked off the area and began to search for the suspects.
One man and a 12-year-old boy were taken into custody. Police are still looking for the third burglar this morning.
