BOUNTIFUL, Utah (AP) -- A man is behind bars this morning in connection with the theft of puppies at a Bountiful pet store.

Last night, Davis County deputies arrested Dung Hung Bui and booked into the county jail on investigation of theft of an item more than one-thousand dollars in value.

Bui also had a warrant out of Juab County for an unrelated matter.

Officers say Dui had possession of one of the puppies stolen from Bird Word. The white Maltese has been returned to the pet store.

Deputies are still looking for two stolen Chihuahuas. All three animals had been stolen from the pet shop in less than two weeks.
