(KSL News) -- A woman charged with murdering her employer will be in court in Utah county this afternoon.
Prosecutors say in 2001 Kerry Brown shot Mina Pajela in the back. Pajela was a businesswoman in Pleasant Grove.
Police say the employer was about to find out that Brown had been embezzling from the company, so Brown killed her.
Brown will appear today for a final pretrial and motion hearing.
