(KSL News) -- A workman accused of shooting and killing his boss has pleaded guilty.
A murder trial for Jesus Hernandez was to begin today, but instead he took a plea bargain, which dropped counts of obstruction of justice and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Fourteen months ago Hernandez shot and killed Joseph Crummy on a construction site in Lehi. It's believed Crummy had not paid Hernandez for his work on several homes.
Hernandez faces five years to life in prison when he is sentenced next month.
