(KSL News) -- A boating accident on Lake Havasu this Easter weekend involving three Utah men.
Two are missing, and one is in a Phoenix hospital in intensive care.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff';s Department in California, the men were riding in a speed boat, a 25-foot Cheeta, last night at about 5 o'clock.
The boat became airborne in rough water. It hit the water nose first, and broke apart.
23-year old Cory Christopherson of Farmington was found clinging to a piece of the boat that was floating in the water. He was airlifted to the hopsital.
His companions, 27-year old Michael Christopherson and 25-year old Patrick Willburn are still missing. Search and rescue teams searched extensively today, and will resume first thing in the morning.
Deputies say drugs and alcohol were likely a factor in the crash.
