SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A federal judge arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol will go to trial.
In January, officers pulled over 61-year-old Judge Glen E. Clark after he failed to stop while making a right turn on a red light.
It happened in Murray on 5300 South and State Street.
A Utah Highway Patrol Trooper says Clark displayed "massive" impairment and blew a point-096 on the Breathalyzer.
Clark is a U-S Bankruptcy Court Judge.
A trial has been set for June 6th in Murray's Justice Court.
