(KSL News) -- Two brothers are behind bars after hitting a Utah Highway Patrol Trooper during a high speed chase.

A trooper attempted to stop the car in Cedar City this morning after it came up stolen. Troopers tried to spike the suspect's tires twice.

The second time the suspect maneuvered around a trooper, started driving north in the southbound lanes, and hit a UHP cruiser.

Nathan and Nicholas Goodman were booked in the Iron County jail.
