OREM, Utah (AP) -- Two Orem police officers have been cleared in the shooting death of a man who fired shots at them.
The Utah County attorney determined that no criminal charges will be pursued against the officers for shooting Bruce Cleveland on February 25th.
Cleveland eluded police in a vehicle chase, but police traced him to his home in Orem.
Police say Cleveland took cover behind a car in his garage and opened fire on the officers. Police returned the fire and hit Cleveland several times.
