(KSL News) -- A man is behind bars in Provo for kidnapping a 17 year old boy.
Police say Norman Gaddis tried to rob a house in Provo. The resident came home, so Gaddis ran away.
He was hiding in the bushes, when a 17 year old boy drove up and stopped at a traffic light. Gaddis jumped in the backseat of the car and told the boy to drive him to West Valley City.
Two hours later he let the boy drop him off at a parking lot.
