SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The man arrested last week in the case of a missing teen will be released from custody today. A federal judge say Scott Brunson will remain free until his July Eleventh trial if he holds a job and stays in the state.

Ten years ago Spanish Fork High School sophomore Kiplyn Davis disappeared. Brunson was charged with perjury and lying to a grand jury after officials accused him of lying about the whereabouts of another schoolmate. That schoolmate has not been identified. Brunson has pleaded NOT guilty to the charges.

Brunson, who was a senior at the time of Davis' disappearance, is NOT considered a suspect in her disappearance.
