(KSL News) -- Twin brothers who swapped identities at the airport, made their first appearance in federal court this morning.
Silviu and Olimpiu Nedelcu face up to 15 years in prison and a 350- thousand dollar fine, for violating airport security and transfering identifications.
Silviu is a refueler at the airport.
Federal prosecutors say, when he couldn't make it to work, he asked his brother to fill in for him.
Both remain in custody.
