(KSL News) The Boyer Company has sold part of The Gateway shopping center to an Illinois real estate firm.

Inland Western will own and manage the 95 stores and restaurants in Gateway's first phase.

The Deseret Morning News reports Boyer will continue to lease the rest of Gateway's first phase and will still own and lease Phase Two and all the office space.

The Illinois company also owns The Promenade at Red Cliff in St. George.
