(KSL News) For those of you willing to brave the weather, here are just a few of the Memorial Day ceremonies around the Salt Lake valley.
Two ceremonies kick off early, at 8:00.
The Herriman Memorial Day includes the unveiling of two new statues.
And, there is a Memorial Day Picnic at Pioneer Park.
The Service at Fort Douglas starts at 10:00, but is proceeded by a march at 9:20.
There will be a ceremonies at the Provo City Cemetary and Larkin Sunset Gardens at 10:00.
And, at noon, a Veterans Park will be dedicated. Governor Huntsman will be speaking.
