(KSL News) For Memorial Day, people of Herriman unveiled two new statues at a ceremony in the city cemetery.
One statue honors veterans from Herriman. At the unveiling, organizers read each veteran's name.
The second statue celebrates the city's pioneer heritage.
Bonnie Parkin, Former General Relief Society President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gave a tribute to Herriman's early settlers.
