(KSL News) -- A judge today sentenced a man accused of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl inside a Salt Lake City Wal-Mart.
Alan Michael Naisbitt will serve three years to life in prison. Police arrested Naisbitt last December after a shopper caught him inappropriately touching a girl in the store. The witness cornered Naisbitt and held him until police arrived.
But that witness later left, and without his testimony, police released Naisbitt. Eventually, more witnesses came forward, and Naisbitt is now behind bars.
