(KSL News) Utah's newest public enemy number one could be connected to a murder mystery in Summit County.

Summit County Sheriff's deputies are looking for Mark Allen Carlson. Investigators want to question him about a dismembered body that was found on I-80 at the Utah-Wyoming border in April.

Carlson is 172 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He's also believed to belong to a white supremacist group.

Public Enemy Number One Could Be Connected to Murder Mystery

"RIP 99" is tattooed on his right forearm.

Carlson has a criminal history which includes drug dealing, auto theft, and forgery.
