SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- An escapee from the Daggett County Jail in eastern Utah has been caught in Wyoming.

Wayne Kenneth Sanchez, 44, a sex offender, was caught at Rawlins and Carbon County, Wyo., officials confirmed Monday night that he was being held in their county jail.

Sanchez escaped a fenced recreation yard Thursday afternoon.
