(KSL News) -- An unexpected guest decided to join a foursome at Riverside Golf Course in Provo this morning.
Vic Deauvono, Golfer: "Today...instead of looking for par we were looking for moose!"
A moose surprised a few golfers near University Parkway in Provo.
When the Utah Division of Wildlife arrived, .the animal led them on a wild "moose" chase.
It was eventually shot with a tranquilizer, but then it darted into some thick brush and collapsed.
When Wildlife officials found the moose, they loaded the hefty animal into a trailer. It will be taken to Colorado and released.
