(KSL News) -- New polls show Utahns want a new stadium for Real Salt Lake built in Salt Lake, but they don't want to pay for it.

The poll was conducted by the Salt Lake Tribune. It shows more than 31 percent of those polled think the stadium should be constructed at the Utah State fairgrounds.

69 percent say they don't want taxpayer funds to pay for the project. Real Salt Lake officials say they'd like to build in Salt Lake, but land is expensive.
