(KSL News) -- The Sevier River is out of its banks again.
This time the flooding is taking place in and around the town of Austin, a few miles south of Richfield.
High water forced crews to close State Road 118. And Sevier County crews, along with scores of volunteers, are sandbagging around several homes in Austin, trying to keep away the water.
