SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A birthday bash is planned for L-D-S Church President Gordon B. Hinckley's 95th birthday.
A gala called "A Celebration of Life" is planned on July 22nd at the Conference Center in downtown Salt Lake City. Hinckley will turn 95 on June 23rd.
The bash will include music by the Tabernacle Choir. There will also be guest performers, including The 5 Browns, Stanford Olsen and Donny Osmond.
Gladys Knight will also perform and there will be a guest appearance by C-B-S newsman Mike Wallace of "60 Minutes."
Beginning Saturday, free tickets for the event will be available online. You also can also get tickets at the Conference Center ticket office.
The celebration will also air live on B-Y-U Television, B-Y-U Radio, K-B-Y-U-FM at 7:30 p-m.
