(KSL News) -- An American Fork man has been charged with murder in the shooting of his brother, claiming he suspected the brother of intending to kill a woman and sell her organs.
31-year old Eryk Drej was arrested June 1 after being tackled in his driveway by an officer after police received a distress call. Drej was carrying a 12-gauge shotgun and a pistol. His brother, Lukasz Drej, was found shot to death in the back yard.
Drej, who was charged Friday, claimed he knew through a "vision" that his brother intended to harm him.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
