(KSL News) -- Police are trying to find out who shot and killed a man inside a house near 534 5th Street in Ogden.
They've identified the victim as 21-year-old Cristo Rodriguez. Authorities say Rodriguez was a guest at the home last night.
Authorities say the suspect was a guest at the home last night. Several small children and a woman were downstairs when the shooting took place.
"She did not see the actual shooting take place," said Lt. David Terran, Ogden Police Dept. "She heard the sound, then when she came out, she found the gentleman at the bottom of the stairs."
Police say the victim was shot in the head. They say they have a couple leads, but no suspects or motive yet.
