(KSL News) We now know the name of a suspect facing assault charges in connection to an Ogden murder.

Jose Diaz, 18, was arrested for aggravated assault, but police say they still haven't made any arrests for the death of 21-year-old Cristo Rodriguez.

Authorities say Rodriguez was shot in the head at a home in Ogden.

Detectives say Rodriguez was a guest in this home when he was killed. Several small children and a woman were downstairs when the shooting happened.
