(KSL News) -- A man arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 22-year old Ogden man, now faces murder charges.
18-year old Jose Guadalupe Diaz was first charged with aggravated assault and rioting.
Police say on Saturday, Diaz shot the victim in the head. Cristo Juan Rodriguez died at the scene.
Police say the two are members of the same gang, and that the shooting stemmed from money owned for drugs, and quote, "a lack of respect".
Police say there were other people with Diaz at the time, but it's unknown whether they will be charged.
