(KSL News) The owner of Totally Awesome Computers has settled a discrimination lawsuit by a former employee.
The suit alleges Dell Schanze discriminated against minorities and employees who were not members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The plantiff, a Latino who worked for "Superdell's Computers", says Schanze made condescending remarks about Latinos and used company e-mails to criticize ethnic groups.
Attorneys for Schanze deny the accusations.
Neither party released details of the settlement. The case was set to go to trial Monday.
