OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- An Ogden woman has been accused of having sex with two youths after plying them with marijuana and pornography.

Forty-six-year-old Karma Monk is charged with two third-degree felony counts of "unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year old."

A preliminary hearing is set for August ninth before second District Judge John Morris.

The incidents alleged took place between April 2001 and the fall of 2003.

Monk had previously been arrested more than a year ago for the same incidents described in charging documents.

The state charges were dropped when federal prosecutors considered filing charges. They decided to take a look at the allegations for possible filing in U-S District Court for Utah, eventually deciding the case did not fit within federal filing standards.

The charges were refiled in Ogden's second District Court.
