CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- The husband of a woman who was found shot to death at a Cedar City apartment has been charged with first-degree murder.
Court documents say autopsy results found that 19-year-old Misty Lamoreaux died from multiple gunshots to the head.
Cedar City police found the woman dead Sunday morning after officers responded to a report of shots being fired.
The woman's husband, 24-year-old Tristan Lamoreaux, was arrested near the scene. He was charged on Tuesday.
Lamoreaux also is charged with third-degree felony possession of a firearm by a restricted person and class A misdemeanor failure to stop at the command of a law enforcement officer.
There was no attorney listed for him in court records.
