(KSL News) -- (10:00 News) An air and ground search is underway, right now for two men in Provo Canyon.
A fixed wing plane and a highway patrol helicopter are looking for the men. They rammed a Deputy's vehicle earlier.
The Deputy had pulled them over near the Squaw Peak trailhead. The suspects fled and their car was found a short time later.
The search is focusing on the hillsides above the highway.
Authorities won't say why they stopped the suspects in the first place, but are confident they'll find them.
