(KSL News) -- A man and woman from Colorado trying to outrun the law are captured in Utah.
Utah Highway Patrol troopers spotted a blue Ford Explorer headed westbound on Interstate 80 in western Utah yesterday.
Troopers suspected the driver had been drinking and tried to pull him over, but he took off.
Troopers tried three times to spike the tires of the car.
The third time the driver swerved to miss the spikes, lost control and rolled down an embankment.
The car landed near the Peppermill Casino parking lot in Wendover, Nevada.
Both suspects were rushed to the hospital.
Turns out the Explorer was stolen.
