(KSL News) -- Provo and St. George decided to hold festivities this evening, since New Year's Eve falls on Sunday this year.
In Provo tonight the main action is indoors at the Provo Towne Center Mall. Music, food, dancing and all sorts of family-oriented activities.
Plus there are two fireworks displays -- outside! The first one took place about 9:00 so the younger kids could see them. They'll also shoot more off at midnight.
St. George's celebration is similar and fireworks will also end the night at midnight, as well.
