(KSL News) A 64-year old woman fell 40 feet while hiking in Little Cottonwood Canyon today.
The woman was on the Cecret Lake Trail above Albion Basin when she apparently tripped and then tumbled down the rocky hillside.
Canyon search and rescue teams hiked to where she was located, and because of her injuries called in a helicopter. The woman was flown to University Hospital, where she's in fair condition.
