Alex Cabrero Reporting If you are Christmas shopper and aren't done, the next few days could be pretty stressful.
The truth is, anybody who's been Christmas shopping has probably run into a little stress and the credit card bills haven't even arrived yet.
With all these crowds, last minute sales and maxed out credit cards, stress is just one way to describe what many of us are feeling.
One local company has been advertising a way to relieve that stress that's not a massage, and boy, it has something to calm you down.
Esteban Aguilera, shopper: "It makes you feel a lot better."
Oly Mann, Impact Guns: "This time of year everybody is experiencing a little holiday stress, especially in the last week of shopping. We try to take care of them and try to destress them."
Impact Guns in Kearns is actually advertising a way to beat that stress with a fully loaded clip of grinch-defeating ammunition.
For some, it's better than migraine medicine.
Mike Marcovecchio, Kearns resident: "I actually barely got done with all my Christmas shopping just two days ago, so I figured I'd come and unwind a little bit."
Alex Cabrero: "Yeah, Santa may say ‘ho, ho, ho', but a Wilson compact 45 says **Bang Bang Bang.**".
Esteban Aguilera: "Shoot off a few rounds, and you feel better."
Don't think that happiness is just for testosterone-filled, mall-hating guys letting off steam.
Oly Mann: "A lot of ladies come in here. They're finding a lot of stress relief in the shooting, too."
Store Manager Oly Mann says moms with minivans full of Christmas gifts seem to be stopping by more often as the 25th gets closer.
Allan Freeman: "Oh yeah, they're happy. They want to go buy more guns, for sure."
If a rifle, pistol, or revolver isn't enough to relieve your stress...
Oly Mann: "In our Ogden store, we rent sub-machine guns. That is the best therapy I've ever seen. They all come out with a big smile on their face. Guaranteed."
And they say a full-body massage is the best way to relieve stress.
As for Oly Mann, he hasn't even started his Christmas shopping yet and he says he's not stressed at all.
Now we know why.
