AMERICAN FORK - Police are searching for two suspects involved in a stabbing at an American Fork Wal-Mart Sunday night.

Police say two men got into a verbal fight with two other men around 9 p.m. outside the Wal-Mart store at 949 W. Grassland Drive. The exchange escalated until one of the men stabbed another in the abdomen.

The two suspects then took off on foot. The victim was driven to a nearby motel, where they called 911.

The victim was taken to American Fork hospital, but his injuries don't appear to be life-threatening.

Officers from American Fork, Lehi and K9 units from the Utah County Sheriff's Office are now searching the area near the store for the suspects.

They say the suspect used a knife with a three or four inch blade.
