SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A former Vernal school bus driver has been sentenced to probation and 30 days in jail for showing students pornography on her cell phone.

Catherine J. Drake, 27, was sentenced Tuesday.

Authorities say she showed three students, ages 16 and 17, pornographic pictures of female body parts on her cell phone as she drove a bus for the Uintah School District.

The pictures were reported to police on March 9 after one boy told his mother about them. School district officials said Drake was terminated soon after they found out about the incident.

Drake was charged with dealing in materials harmful to a minor.
