(KSL News) A Washington County man pleaded guilty to shooting his ex-girlfriend.
According to the Salt Lake Tribune, attorneys reached a plea deal that will keep Floyd Robinson from facing the death penalty.
Robinson admitted to shooting at Brea Kirchoff last year as she tried to get away from him. One of the bullets hit and killed her.
Kirchoff's three children witnessed the shooting.
