Supermodel KATE MOSS has allegedly hired her friend KATY ENGLAND to design her new collection for British fashion chain Topshop.
Moss has been paid a reported $5.9 million (£3 million) for the fashion range, but England, the creative director of the Alexander McQueen fashion label, will reportedly create the collection on her behalf.
An insider tells British newspaper The Mail On Sunday, "Katy is highly regarded in the fashion industry as she's well established and works on some very prestigious projects. She's known for being industrious and committed.
"Unlike some of Kate Moss' clique, she tries to stay out of the limelight and is happy working behind the scenes."
Moss read out a poem at England's wedding to PRIMAL SCREAM rocker BOBBY GILLESPIE in July (06), and spent $39,000 (£20,000) to fly the couple to a ROLLING STONES gig as her wedding gift. (NCL/WNSMA/SC)
